Refund policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026Covers our services and Elathi SmartPOS licences

01Projects

Cancel before we start and we refund your advance. After that, you pay only for work done.

02Monthly plans

Cancel any time before the next month starts.

03SmartPOS

Try it free for 7 days first. Licences are not refundable once issued, with two exceptions.

04How to ask

Email or WhatsApp us with your payment reference.

01Website and web app projects

We usually ask for an advance before we start, as agreed in your quote.

  • Before we start work: if you cancel, we refund your advance, minus any payment fees.
  • After work has started: the advance is not refunded. If you stop the project partway, you pay only for the work done so far, and we refund anything you paid beyond that.
  • After handover: once the finished website or app is handed over, the project is not refundable.

Every project includes the rounds of changes agreed in your quote, so please tell us early if something is not right.

02Social media and other monthly plans

Monthly plans are paid month by month. You can cancel any time by telling us before the next month starts. A month that has already started is not refunded, and we keep working until it ends.

03Elathi SmartPOS licences

Every feature of Elathi SmartPOS is free to try for 7 days, without payment details, so you can check that it suits your shop before you buy. Because of this, licences are not refundable once your licence key is issued, except in these two cases:

  • you were charged twice for the same licence;
  • your licence key cannot be activated and we cannot fix it.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

04How to ask for a refund

Email elathiofficial@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, what you paid for and your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid; your bank decides how long the money takes to arrive.

05Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top. The policy that applies is the one shown when you paid.
