Elathi (elathi.xyz) is run by S. Anand Kumar in Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu, India. By using this website, its tools, our services or the Elathi SmartPOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our calculators, tools and guides are for general information. We work to keep them accurate, but results are estimates and may contain mistakes, and rules and rates change. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical or engineering advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. You use the tools at your own risk.

For websites, web apps and social media work, we agree the scope, price, payments and timeline with you in writing (a quote, an email or a message) before we start. That agreement applies together with these terms; if they differ, the agreement wins. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.

A licence lets you use Elathi SmartPOS as described on the SmartPOS page for the plan you buy. It does not transfer ownership of the software. Please do not copy, resell or share the app or your licence, or try to get around its licence checks.

Your shop’s data is stored on your own computers, so keep regular backups. We are not responsible for data lost on your devices.

The text, design, code and tools on this website belong to Elathi. You are welcome to use them and share links to them. Please do not copy them to republish or sell.

This website links to other websites and shows ads from Google. We do not control those websites or ads and are not responsible for them.

The website and the free tools are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, that come from using them. For a paid service or licence, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

These terms follow the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please write to us first and we will try to sort it out. Any dispute goes to the courts at Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu.
