1. General Policy:

  • Elathi Digital operates on a service-based model, investing time, expertise, and resources into each project from the outset.
  • Refunds are generally processed based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation request.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to elathidigital@gmail.com.

2. Cancellation by Client:

  • Project-Based Services (e.g., Website Design, Specific Campaigns, Graphic Design, Architecture Visualization):
    • Before Project Commencement: If a cancellation request is received before any significant work has begun (typically within 48 hours of payment and before initial briefing/kick-off meeting), a full refund may be issued, potentially minus a small administrative fee (e.g., 5-10%) to cover processing costs.
    • After Project Commencement: If work has already started (including research, planning, design mockups, development, content creation, etc.), refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. You will be billed for the hours/work already completed at our standard rates, or based on project milestones achieved. Any remaining balance from your advance payment may be refunded.
    • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any initial deposit paid to secure booking or initiate the project is generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial consultation, resource allocation, and administrative setup.
    • Completion Stage: Once a project milestone is approved or the project nears completion (e.g., final drafts submitted, website ready for final review), refunds are typically not applicable for the work completed up to that stage.
  • Monthly Retainer/Subscription Services (e.g., Social Media Management, Ongoing SEO):
    • Clients can cancel ongoing monthly services by providing at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period after the cancellation request is made.
    • Services will continue to be provided until the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services:

  • Fees paid for third-party services procured on your behalf (e.g., domain name registration, hosting fees, stock photo licenses, software subscriptions, ad spend).
  • Work already completed and delivered or approved by the client.
  • Administrative fees associated with project setup or cancellation processing.
  • Consultation fees where the service was the consultation itself.
  • If the project is delayed due to lack of feedback or required materials/approvals from the client’s side.

4. Cancellation by Elathi Digital:

  • Elathi Digital reserves the right to cancel a project or service agreement if:
    • The client breaches the terms of service.
    • The client is unresponsive for an extended period (e.g., 30 days) despite multiple contact attempts.
    • Unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing the project.
  • In the event of cancellation by Elathi Digital due to reasons not related to client breach or non-cooperation, a full or partial refund will be issued for the work not yet completed.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Once a cancellation request is received and approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment where possible.

6. How to Request Cancellation:

  • Please send your cancellation request clearly stating the reason to elathidigital@gmail.com. Include your name, business name, and the service/project you wish to cancel.

7. Modifications:

  • Elathi Digital reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
